Go to the Computers section here. In the Computers and Technology forum there is a topic under my name but which was posted by my wife. All help will be appreciated.

Unforunately, I've never used Flash, so I don't know how to fix that. Maybe check out if there's a knowledge base for Flash and if an answer is listed for that. Or check out forums (there).
